Seit 2010 produziert NOCH seine Modellbäume im eigenen Werk in Vietnam. Dadurch wurde es möglich, die bekannten PROFI-Bäume in der Qualität deutlich zu verbessern.
- Die Stämme der Bäume werden aufwändig handkoloriert, so dass keine glänzenden Plastikoberflächen zu sehen sind.
- Um dem Baum mehr Volumen zu verleihen, wird vor der Beflockung ein feines Gespinst in das Astwerk eingearbeitet.
- Als Flockmaterial kommt das hochwertige NOCH Laub zum Einsatz. Das speziell gemahlene und aufwändig kolorierte Material gleicht in Form und Farbe dem Blattwerk der Originalbäume.
- Wie in der Natur tragen auch bei den NOCH Modellbäumen nur die feinen Äste Blätter. Die dicken Äste werden in der aufwändigen Beflockung von Hand ausgespart.
