Shipping and Payment

If the order value of a delivery exceeds the free quantity in your country, customs duties and taxes as well as costs for customs clearance in your country may be incurred. These are to be paid by you. Please contact your responsible authorities in advance.

In the case of articles that are bulky goods or goods for forwarding, such as prefabricated sites and add-on parts, we will only ship these articles within the EU. Third country shipping is excluded and will be displayed with an error message in the shopping cart.

Dangerous goods such as spray cans are only transported by our parcel service provider DHL to a limited extent. If dangerous goods are activated in the online shop and can be ordered, they will only be delivered to these countries:

If you place an order with us within the scope of an order for several items for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the item of your order with the longest delivery time applies. The deadline for delivery begins to run upon payment in advance on the day following the award of the payment order to the transferring credit institution or for other forms of payment, the day after conclusion of the contract and ending with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

For the dispatch of bulk goods (for example, Layouts or Aluminum Frames, the articles are marked in the shop with the addition: "bulky goods") we charge shipping costs. Since the products are sent as bulk goods by forwarding agency, shipping is only possible in the countries listed below. The shipping costs are inclusive of the statutory VAT. The shipping costs apply to all orders which contain bulky goods.
