High-quality, foamed tunnel portal for new DB railway lines. As our hard foam products are all hand-painted, color variations are possible. NOCH PROFI structural hard foam is the perfect material that you will often find in our range – and there are many good reasons for this, primarily due to the composition of the material. The raw materials for structured hard foam are two liquids that are mixed together. This creates a foam-like mass, which is then allowed to solidify into the desired plastic shape.
The resulting products have outstanding properties that are hard to find in most other materials: they are lightweight yet sturdy; they are extremely realistic, as our special production technique even allows for undercuts; and they are very easy to process further.
