Where express trains and freight trains meet, the tunnel entrance must not look small. The ‘Tunnel Entrance, 2-track’ Expert Set combines the 2-track tunnel portal from the Steinmauer PROFI-plus range with retaining walls that support the wide cutting on both sides.
This creates a sturdy entrance, just like those found on main lines. The portal and walls share the same stone texture, are hand-coloured and fit together seamlessly. The textured rigid foam can be cut to size with a saw or craft knife and adapted to any terrain. They are joined using hot-melt or contact adhesive.
