The PROXXON fine-cut table circular saw FET is perfectly suited for precision mechanics, modelling, mould making, toy production, architects, pattern makers and fitters. For cutting wood, non-ferrous metal, plastic, plexiglass, glass fibre-reinforced plastic boards, foam and many other materials.Stable construction due to load-bearing parts and face-milled table panel made of die-cast aluminium.
The finely adjustable, precise and stable longitudinal fence brings substantial advantages:
- fter rough adjustment, dimensions can be corrected by less than 1/10 mm using an adjusting screw.
- The saw blade, which can be swivelled by 45° and is height-adjustable, enables double mitre cuts to be made in conjunction with the angular fence.
- Low-noise drive due to special DC motor with Optibelt toothed belt.
- Ball bearing saw shaft. Carbide-tipped saw blade, 80 x 1.6 x 10 mm (36 teeth).
- Added to this are a push stick and an unslotted saw gap guard made of ABS for the narrowest tolerances between the saw blade and the table.
