Scroll Saw from PROXXON at NOCH
The scroll saw DS 230/E by PROXXON is the right device for precision jobs. Modelling, toy production and precision mechanics. With electronic stroke rate control. Cuts softwood up to 40 mm, hardwood up to 10 mm, plastic (even circuit boards) up to approx. 4 mm and non-ferrous metals up to 2 mm. Face-milled worktop made of die-cast aluminium (160 x 160 mm).
Very stable saw frame made of ribbed die-cast aluminium (throat depth 300 mm). Blade guide with integrated blowing device.
Height-adjustable head (3 positions) for two major advantages:
- service life of the saw blades is tripled after they have been shortened twice (the teeth can also be used in the middle area)
- in the lowest position, you can work even more precisely with a blade that is 60 mm shorter.
Long-lasting, quiet and stable AC motor. Low-noise and wear-resistant drive via toothed belt. Longitudinal fence and angular fence with graduation. Incl. 5 saw blades (3 coarse-toothed, 2 fine-toothed).
Technical Data: 220–240 V; electronic stroke rate of 150–2,500 rpm; weight approx. 2 kg.
