New items of the month - October & September!

In the new ATHEARN Update - October & September 2026 we present some new products in the H0 and N gauges. The update includes some highlights from Athearn-, Genesis- and Roundhouse-line.
Starting in 2026, ATHEARN will be changing its announcement and ordering schedule: new products every 60 days – giving you more time to view the models and pre-order them from your specialist dealer in good time.

  • GENESIS H0 GP38-2 Diesel Locomotive!
    The new GP38-2 diesel locomotives are available in various liveries and are selected to meet customer preferences. Featuring illuminated number plates and other details, this high-quality locomotive from the GENESIS range is particularly impressive in the special ‘Reading & Northern – United States of America 250th’ version.
  • ATHEARN H0 SD40-2!
    The ATHEARN locomotive impresses with numerous details, such as attached wire handrails, a detailed plastic fuel tank with a filler neck and a fuel gauge. Here too, desired livery options and special editions are available for pre-order.
