After the surface has been coated with NOCH Grass Glue, Beige Wild Grass is sparingly flocked onto individual spots with the NOCH Gras-Master 3.0. Light Green Wild Grass is then used in other places as the main grassy area. The Light Green Wild Grass is also applied sparingly on areas already covered with beige grass. A touch of dark green fibres amidst the beige and light green grass makes the scene even more realistic. Finally, the area is filled with Scatter Grass “Meadow”, 2.5 mm. The result is a harmonious and very realistic course of the various grasses.
If you use the ready-made grass blends, you will get meadows with grasses in different colours and lengths, but the overall meadow will look uniform. We therefore recommend that you proceed as shown above.
In addition, it’s always advisable to first test your own recipes with the fibres from the large NOCH range outside your layout or diorama; for instance, on a piece of cardboard. This allows you to gain important experience beforehand.
